The premise

One person, several product lines. That used to be a red flag.

Breadth normally means shallow. It stops meaning that when the quality rules live outside your head. They are written down, and enforced by something that can fail a build.

The rules are files

Accessibility, motion, packaging and readability exist as written contracts before the first component. Review checks against a document, not against taste — which is why the standard does not drop when the domain changes.

The checks are executable

Roughly fifty audit scripts run over the output: contrast and focus order, asset decode, performance budgets, schema, security headers. A rule nothing can run is a preference.

Nothing phones home

Every application here runs without an account and reports nothing back. That is a constraint on the architecture, not a setting in a menu. It is the reason the same code can serve a lawyer, a clinic and a warehouse.

Pseudonymises a document so it can be sent to an expert, a translator or a model, then reconciles the edited version that comes back and restores the real values. The mapping lives in an encrypted vault with a key per category, so you can release names to a colleague while the bank details stay unreadable, and destroy one category without touching the rest.

Under GDPR Article 4(5), a document stays personal data for as long as a mapping exists, so destroying the key is not cleanup, it is the moment the file becomes anonymised and leaves the regulation. The tool treats that as a deliberate act and never claims the word before it is earned.

The document register a town hall runs on: incoming and internal documents numbered per register and per year, routed to a department, given a resolution and a deadline, then tracked until they are resolved. Access is by role, so a clerk sees the documents their level allows and no others. Signatures are qualified under eIDAS.

Invoicing built around the fact that four countries want four different things from the same document. One tax engine, one XML engine, one validation layer, one archive, with a pack per jurisdiction on top: Romanian e-Factura through SPV, Italian FatturaPA through SDI, UK Making Tax Digital, German XRechnung and ZUGFeRD. Every mandatory field is enforced before an invoice can be issued, and the rule behind each check is cited.

Romanian Litigation Toolkit

A drafting and verification toolkit for Romanian law, across the areas I have actually worked in: administrative litigation, challenges to traffic penalty notices where the procedure was not followed, and vehicle sale-purchase contracts. It detects contradictions across the documents in a file, maps each claim to the evidence behind it, checks that the operative part is specific enough to be enforced, and stops on any citation it cannot authenticate. The engineering interest is the anti-hallucination harness, not the templates.

They read, cross-check and organise material their user is already entitled to work with, and they stop where judgement begins. A citation that cannot be authenticated is refused rather than guessed, and every output is a draft for a qualified person to review, sign and take responsibility for.

A design study for an Android work profile that keeps selected applications and their data inside an encrypted container, suspended while the profile is locked. The container is declared with no internet permission at all, so it has no way to send anything anywhere. This is a threat model, a cryptographic specification and a test plan. The application itself is not built.

A password vault written end to end in Rust. Your keys and passwords stay on the machine and nowhere else. Entries are organised by what they actually are (servers, databases, SSH keys, API tokens, VPNs, bank cards, certificates), each password carries a real strength estimate in bits, and a key file can be required as a second factor alongside the passphrase. Every secret field is encrypted before it reaches storage, and memory is locked against swap.

PRIVACY

Secure erase toolbox Shipped

A GTK4 desktop tool that overwrites files, folders and drives so the data is not retrievable through normal recovery software. It is not a recycle bin and not a backup. Written for the jobs that need it: decommissioning a drive before it leaves the building, honouring an erasure request under GDPR Article 17, and disposing of client data once its retention period has run out.

Edge
Most erasure tools are Windows shareware or a command nobody wants to type wrong. This is a native Linux application with a real interface, written in a memory-safe language, that states plainly what it can and cannot guarantee instead of promising certainty it has no way to deliver.
Use with care
Erasure is permanent and there is no undo. Intended for data on systems you own or are authorised to administer, and not for use where a legal duty to retain or preserve applies. On solid-state media, wear levelling means an overwrite may not reach the original physical block. The tool states this rather than claiming otherwise.

It reads the replay files a match leaves behind, extracts what actually happened, and maintains ratings: global and local, thirty-day form, per-race strength, per-session standings and tier placement. A folder watcher picks up new replays on its own and regenerates the standings pages.

This is the sequence every project runs through, and the reason breadth does not cost quality.

Route the context before writing code

A one-page site does not load React rendering rules; a dashboard is not treated as a landing page. Loading only what the task needs is what stops quality degrading as scope grows.

Write the contract, then the implementation

The rules exist as documents before the first component, so review has something concrete to check against.

Verify in a real browser

A DOM test that finds an image proves nothing. Required assets must decode and report real dimensions; visible changes are confirmed against rendered output. Building this page, that gate caught two bugs static analysis had passed.

Gate the build, don't grade it

Accessibility and performance budgets fail a build. A score in a report that nothing acts on is decoration.

Label the evidence, or mark it missing

Where live data is unavailable the finding is marked as needing access, never estimated into something that looks like a result.

Patch the source of truth

Fixes go into the rule that produced the problem, not an override appended at the end of a file. Generated artifacts rebuild last; prior flows re-run before shipping.

The long view

I have seen software from most of the sides that judge it.

Not a list of roles. Software was first and stayed the constant; the years in between put me in the seats where software is bought, relied on, and blamed — which is a more useful education than any of it taken alone.

    FoxPro and Delphi, business systems close to the data. It taught me what a record, a form and a report have to do before anyone is entitled to call them a product.

    Work where the output is a decision about a person and a document that has to hold up. Most systems do not fail on the feature; they fail on the paperwork around it, and on assuming everyone reads the screen the way its author did.

    Answering for decisions, including long legal and urban-planning matters that were contested, technical and slow. That seat is why this portfolio has a litigation toolkit in it: I know what it costs when the tooling makes you guess.

    Every vantage point pointed at the same thing: people are asked to trust software they cannot inspect, running somewhere they cannot see, holding data they cannot get back. So what I build stays on the machine, keeps its paperwork straight, and can be checked. That is the whole idea. The products are just where it lands.

No analytics, no tracking pixels, no advertising tags, no embedded video, no chat widget, no social buttons. No cookies are set and no browser storage is written. There is no consent banner because there is nothing to consent to.

The typefaces are served from this domain rather than from a font CDN, so rendering this page sends no request to any third party and discloses your IP address to no one. Opening it makes requests to this site and to nothing else.

The same holds for every application hosted here: each carries its own fonts and assets inside the file. Nothing on this domain loads a script, a style, a font or an image from another server, which is why there is no consent question to put to you about it.

What the host records

Like any web server, the host keeps short-lived access logs that include IP addresses. Those logs exist to serve the page and to defend it against abuse — the lawful basis is legitimate interests under Article 6(1)(f). They are not used to profile anyone, are never combined with other sources, and are not shared.

If you click through to a demo, a client site or a code repository, you leave this page and the destination's own terms apply. Nothing is passed to it about you beyond the normal referrer your browser sends.

Your rights, and who to ask

Under the GDPR and, for visitors in the United Kingdom, the UK GDPR, you may ask what is held about you and request access, correction, erasure, restriction or objection. Because this page keeps no records tied to a person, in practice there is usually nothing to return beyond a server log line.

The hosted versions are demonstrations

The nine applications that open in your browser from this site run on sample data. They are not connected to any registry, filing system, court database, tax authority or account, and nothing you type into one is stored, sent anywhere or seen by anyone. They exist so the design and the behaviour can be examined before anything is installed.

They are demonstrations, not production software, and are not to be relied on for real work. Company names, case numbers, documents and figures inside them are invented.

Nothing here is advice

Several of these tools touch law, tax, accounting and health. Nothing on this site, and nothing a demonstration produces, is legal, tax, financial or medical advice, and reading it creates no professional relationship.
